Annotation: The course International Transport Law provides a thorough theoretical and practical analysis of the various sources and principles of law that govern international transport. The objective of the course is to allow the deepening of knowledge in the area of international transport law, which would enable students to gain a comprehensive commercial and legal knowledge along with a practical understanding of the mechanics of the international transport of goods (contracts, rights and liabilities of parties, procedural issues).
