Annotation: European and International Labour Law course focuses on the analysis of International Labour Law sources, EU Directives and jurisprudence of European Court of Justice (ECJ). The aim of the course is to gain knowledge on main labour law principles which are very important for understanding the origin of labour regulation. The course also would help students to understand lawmaking process in the field of employment in the EU, methods and scope of competence of the EU Institutions, the role of ECJ and its impact to the national law.
