Applicants enrolling for this joint master degree programme must meet the following criteria:
- persons who have a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in law from a university; and
- persons having sufficient knowledge of the English language (B2 level – conversation courante).
The documents properly proving the level of the language proficiency will be a IELTS or TOEFL diploma or this proficiency level will be proved by other objective documents (e.g., in MRU it is deemed that students whose foreign language knowledge during bachelor’s studies (second course) was assessed with 8 (good) meet B2 level). The applicants who do not have mentioned document proving results of the English language proficiency may pass English Language Level Test at the MRU (further information about the test will be provided upon registration on the online application platform).
Up to 30 students according their study results and motivation are admitted for 2nd study year at USMB. Those who will not go to France for third semester will be able to finish their studies in specialization “European and International Business Law” (only MRU diploma).

- At Mykolas Romeris University (1st study year): non-EU citizens – 3120 EUR; EU citizens – 2240 EUR
- At University Savoie Mont Blanc (2nd study year): app. 300 EUR
